摘要
iv西洋参茎叶皂甙25mg.kg(-1)、50mg.kg^(-1)能明显降低麻醉正常犬动脉血压、左室压及左室压最大上升速率,而对左室舒张期末压无明显影响,从而使心脏做功和耗氧减少,有利于抗心肌缺血作用。能明显减轻实验性心肌梗塞犬左室舒张期末压的增加及心脏指数的减少,也使左室压最大下降速率的降低明显减轻,表明西洋参茎叶皂甙能够改善心肌梗塞犬的循环功能.且对心肌舒张功能具有保护作用。
PQS was extracted from stem and leaves of Panax Quinquefolium L cultivated in Jilin Province of China.
We studied the effects of PQS on cardio-hemodynamics in open - chest dogs in anaesthesia. The result showed as fol lows: PQS had negative inotropic action, LVSP and dP/dtmax were declined, LVEDP rose a little, then, artery pressure was declined, because of the decrease of the after - load in heart, the O2 -consumption of myocardium was decreased . which is beneficial to antimy-ocardial ischemia. In dogs with myocar-dial infarct we observed that PQS had a slower attenuation on the hemodynamic parameters than control group were, e.
g. LVSP, dP/dtmax , arterial pressure had a lower declining range, and LVEDP a lower rising range. The dP/dtmax, was decreased in declining scope, which presented protective action of PQS on ischemic myocardium induced by myocardial infarct.
