摘要
应用微分扫描电位法(DSP)在水溶液中直接滴定弱碱性药物(如乳酸钠和柠檬酸钠)。参比扫描和样品扫描pH之差ApH对滴定液体积积分构成的面积与样品量成线性关系。50%乳酸钠和柠檬酸钠的线性范围在实验条件下分别为0~0.25 ml和0~0.1 g,相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9991。实验数据用微计算机处理,简便,快速。
The method by which weakly alkaline drugs, such as sodium lactate (Ⅰ) and sodium citrate (Ⅱ) are directly titrated in aqueous solution by Differential Scanning Potentiometry (DSP) is described in this paper. There is a linear correlation between the concentration (or amount) of sample B and the area A, which is the integration of ApH, the difference of pH between the reference scanning and the sample scanning, against V_(NaOH). The calibration curve in this experiment was linear in the range of 0~0. 25 ml (50% of I) with r=0.9998 and 0~0. 10 g (Ⅱ) with r=0.9991, respectively. The data collected were simply and rapidly calculated with microcomputer.
