摘要
从茵陈(Herba Artemisiae capillaris)乙醇提取物中分离到结晶Ⅰ(蓟黄素)、Ⅱ(茵陈色原酮)及组分A、B、F。它们在体外能抑制Hela细胞的增殖,其IC_(50)分别为3.2×10^(-6)、3.4×10^(-6)、2.2×10^(-5)、4×10^(-6)和1.6×10^(-5)g/ml。Ⅰ与Ⅱ体外抑制Ehrlich腹水癌细胞增殖的IC_(50)分别为5.4×10^(-7)和3×10^(-8)g/ml。
Two compounds, cirsimaritin (Ⅰ) and capillarisin (Ⅱ), and three fractions, A, B, and F, were isolated from Herba Artemisiae capillaris. The compounds and fractions showed a dose-dependent cytocidal activity against Hela cells in vitro. The 50% inhibition concentration of cell proliferation (IC_(50)) was 3.2×10^(-6), 3.4×10_(-6), 2.2×10^(-5), 4×10^(-6) and 1.6×10^(-5)g/ml, respectively. Ⅰ and Ⅱ also showed the cytocidal activity against Ehrlich cells in vitro having 5.4×10^(-7) and 3×10^(-8)g/ml of IC_(50), respectively.
