摘要
本文对商品石斛中较多见的10种石斛粉末进行了研究,重点比较了各种间的鉴别特征,找到了有意义的区别点。在粉末鉴定基础上,对6个批号的石斛夜光丸进行显微分析,结果表明:每批号均含药典收载种—流苏石斛茎,5个批号并含非药典种—重唇石斛,2个批号尚混有其他种类。
The article dealt with the powder of 10 species from the commonly used Chinese drug Shihu, derived from the genus Dendrobium. A comparative study on microscopic identification of the characteristics of all species was made and some significant features distinguished among them were diseoved. Based on the powedery characteristics, 6 batch numbers of the Chinese patent medicine Shihu Yeguang Wan were also analysed microscopically. The results showed that each of batch numbers of the productions contains Dendrobium fimbriatum Hook. var. ocutatum Hook. respectivety, which was recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and it was observed that 5 batch numbers among them all contain D. bercoglossum Rchb. f. , which was not recored in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and 2 batch numbers of the productions were mixed with other species of Dendrobium.
