摘要
目的 总结腰椎Tlif手术在腰椎退行性狭窄及不稳治疗中应用价值。方法 应用腰椎Tlif手术治疗腰椎退行性狭窄及不稳 16例。结果 术后随访 3～ 12个月。所有肽网骨块复合体未见移位、松动。Tenor Ⅱ无滑脱、断裂等并发症。结论 该手术具有固定牢固、卧床时间短。
ObjectiveTo summarize the effe ct of Tlif operation in treatment of spinal degenerative stenosis and unstabilit y of the lumber segments.MethodsThe lumber vertebrate Tlif ope ration was applied in 16 patietns to treat spinal degenerative stenosis and unst ability of the lumber segments.ResultsThe patients were follow ed up for 12 months(range 3～24 months) after operation.There was no changed pos ition of the titanium meshand bone in all cases.There were no pedicle screw brea kage and looseing in all coses.ConclusionThis operation has be en found to be safe with high fusion rate and less time to lie up.
