吸气平台压力控制性机械通气治疗外伤性呼吸窘迫综合征

摘要 目的 探讨吸气平台压力控制性机械通气对外伤性呼吸窘迫综合征 (ARDS)的疗效及并发症。方法 将 56例外伤性ARDS随机分为平台压力控制组和常规通气组 ,比较两组的死亡率及气压伤、低血压的发生率。结果 平台压力控制组的病死率显著低于常规通气组 ,气压伤及低血压的发生率显著低于常规通气组。结论 吸气压力平台控制性机械通气能显著减少外伤性ARDS的病死率及气压伤、低血压的发生率 。 ObjectiveTo explore the effect s and complications of inspiratory plateau pressure controlling mechanical venti lation on traumatic ARDS.MethodsFifty-six cases of traumatic ARDS were divided into inspiratory plateau pressure controlling mechanical venti lation group and routine ventilation group randomly.The mortality and complicati ons between the two group were compared.ResultsThe mortality i n inspiratory plateau pressure controlling ventilation group was lower than that in routine ventilation group significantly.The ventilator induced lung injury a nd hypotension in inspiratory plateau pressure controlling mechanical ventilatio n group was lower than that in routine ventilation group significantly.C onclusionInspiratory plateau pressure controlling mechanical ventilati on can decrease the mortality and ventilator induced lung injury of traumatic AR DS significantly.It is valuable for spreading use clinically.
