摘要
用生物素标记抗HBc-IgG和亲和素标记HRP,并选用3mol/L KSCN作裂解剂,建立了检测血清HBcAg的BA-ELISA方法。该法不仅特异、敏感、稳定,而且简化操作程序,缩短检测时间,有利于在临床上推广应用。
A hiotin-avidin-ELISA technique used to detect HBeAg in human serum was developed. In this technique, biotinylated IgG of human anti-HBc and avidin-peroxidase conjugate were used for markers, and 3 mol/L KSCN was used for Separation. It was found that the technique had higher specificity, sensitivity and stability, and that the operative procedure was simplified. The technique is recommended for clinical use.
