摘要
对我国豆科油麻藤属和黎豆属八种常见种的种子脂肪酸部分和甲醇提取部分进行研究,发现该两属植物在脂肪酸组成、水溶性成份和形态特征等方面存在显著相关差异。从化学分类学的角度结合形态分类学,针对分类学界有争议的该两属分合问题,提出二者应独立的见解。
The composition of fatty acids and other chemical constituents in seeds of Mucuna plants were compared with that of Stizolobium plants. The correlative differences such as stizolamine, fatty acids and morphological characteristics etc. were found. According the results, it was considered that Stizolobium P. Br. should not be merged with Mucuna Adans. from the point of view of chemotaxonomy.
