电针相关井穴对血管性痴呆大鼠学习记忆及清除自由基能力的影响 被引量:28

Effect of electroacupuncture at related acupoint of jing on the function of learning and memory and the ability of eliminating free radicals in rats with vascular dementia

摘要 目的:观察电针相关井穴对血管性痴呆(vasculardementia,VD)大鼠学习记忆和清除自由基能力的影响。方法:参照Pulsinelli4血管闭塞法(4-VO)造模,结合行为学试验筛选VD模型。用跳台法评价大鼠不同时期的学习记忆能力,测定治疗后血清及脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛含量。结果:电针治疗后VD大鼠行为学测试成绩明显提高(F=101.951,P<0.01);脑组织及血清中SOD活性升高(F=14.405和21.248,P<0.01),脑组织中丙二醛水平下降,假手术组、模型组、井穴组、西药组分别为(1.47±0.23),(2.12±0.41),(1.49±0.24)和(1.53±0.16)μmol/g)(F=35.653,P<0.01),血清丙二醛水平无明显变化。结论:电针相关井穴能显著改善VD大鼠的学习记忆能力;电针后机体清除自由基能力增强,可能是其作用机制之一。 AIM:To observe the effects of electroacupuncture(EA) at related jing points on learning and memory function and the ability of eliminating free radicals in vascular dementia(VD) rats. METHODS:VD rat models were established according to modified Pulsinelli's 4 vessel collusion method.Praxiological test was used to screen the animal models.The learning and memory function of the rats in every group was assessed with step down test in different periods.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in cerebral tissue and serum were detected. RESULTS:After acupuncture,VD rats had great improvement in praxiology (F=101.951,P< 0.01).The SOD activities in the serum and brain tissue were significantly increased(F=14.405, 21.248,P< 0.01).The contents of MDA in the brain tissue were increased significantly in the sham operation group,model group,acupuncture group and drug group,which were (1.47±0.23),(2.12±0.41),(1.49±0.24) and(1.53±0.16) μmol/g respectively(F=35.653, P< 0.01).However,the contents of MDA in the serum had no obvious changes in all the groups. CONCLUSION:Electroacupuncture at the related acupoints of jing can remarkably improve the function of learning and memory in VD rats.The ability of eliminating free radicals is strengthened after acupuncture,which may be one of the acupuncture mechanisms.
