摘要
以培养的新生大鼠心房肌细胞和心室肌细胞为模型,采用放射免疫测定和免疫组织化学法,分别观察了肾上腺素对体外培养的心房和心室肌细胞分泌心钠素的影响。结果表明:肾上腺素(10^(-6)mol/L)不仅促使体外培养新生大鼠心房肌细胞心钠素的分泌,而且刺激心室肌细胞心钠素的分泌。
The effect of epinephrine (EPI) on atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) secretion from cultured atrial and ventricular myocytes of neonatal rat was of observed by specific radioimmunoassay and immunocytochemical analysis. The results indicated that EPI (1×10^(-6) mol/L) might directly stimulate ANP secretion from both neonatal atrial and ventricular cardiocytes in culture.
