摘要
本文报道应用抗肿瘤丸益气滋阴、开郁散结法治疗中晚期食管癌105例,完全缓解3例,部分缓解24例,有效62例,总有效率84.7％。治疗后1年、2年、3年以上生存率分别为60％(63/105)、25.7％(27/105)、9.5％(10/105),且生存质量明显提高。为探讨本法的疗效机理,作者开展了小鼠移值性肿瘤的实验研究,实验数据经统计学处理,提示该方药具有明显的抗肿瘤作用。
One hundred and five cases of intermediate or advanced carcinoma of esophagus were treated with antineoplastic pills, which are composed of Chinese materia medica with effects on supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin, relieving stagnation and resolving mass. Of them, 3 remittde, 24partially remittde, 62 improved, with an overall effective rate of 84.7％. One, two and more than three years after treatment, the survival rates were 60a％(63/105),25.7％(27/105), 9.5％(10/105),respectively,and the patients were doing well. To reveal the mechanism of effectiveness, experimental studies on transplantion tumor in mice were conducted. The results show that the pill has statistically significant antineoplastic effect.
