摘要
本文对陕西省30所医院药剂科药师职称以上人员的工作现状作了调查,拟定了评分标准对药师发挥作用的情况进行量化考核,并对药师没有发挥应有作用的原因作了分析,提出了相应的对策。
A survey on the present status of work of all staffs with a title of pharmaceutist or higher rank in 30 hospitals of Shanxi Province was made. This paper puts forward a set of standards to quantitatively evaluate their achievements and to analyse the reason why some contributed less. The way to solve the problems in future is suggested.
