摘要
基于组件式GIS(ComGIS)技术,阐述了居住小区物业管理信息系统开发的原则、开发模式,提出了适于物业管理的数据库设计和软硬件配置,并对系统的功能实现作了详细的分析。
On the basis of ComGIS technology,the paper discusses the development principle and model of property management information system of residential community.The design of database and the allocation of software and hardware suitable for property management are put forward and the system functions are analyzed in detail.
