摘要
介绍了高压水射流除锈机的控制流程 ,提出一种利用PLC的高速计数功能来实现低定位精度要求的位置控制方式 ,详细分析了利用丰富的PLC软件指令来完成控制系统的数据设定、输出显示以及位置数据计算的方法 。
The control process of high pressure water shoot derusting machine is introduced,and a kind of method which utilizes PLC high speed counting function to realize the position control of lowfixed position accuracy request is presented. The method that utilizes PLC enrich software to complete the data setting,output show and position data calculating of the control system is analyzed in detail,and the application of soft-starters and inverter is simply presented.
