摘要
介绍了一种双波长分光光度法,应用于测定油菜蜂花粉中的总黄酮含量,测定波长510nm,参比波长584nm,平均回收率98 2%,RSD=1.23%(n=5).结果表明,青海产油菜蜂花粉中总黄酮平均含量为3 22%,该方法稳定可靠,重现性好.
In this paper,a double-wavelength spectrophotometry was applied to determine the total flavonoids in rape bee-pollen.The detective wavelength was 510 nm,while the reference one was 584 nm,the recovery was 98.2%,RSD=1.23%(n=5).The result indicated the average total flavonoids content in Qinghai rape bee-pollen was 3.22%,the method was stable,reliable and accurate in the determining process.
