摘要
目的 探讨气急鉴别指数 (dyspnea differentiation index,DDI)在慢性阻塞性肺病 (chronicobstructive pulm onary disease,COPD)病情评估中的初步应用。方法 测定 5 6例 COPD患者的 Pa O2 和 PEF值 ,根据 Rajesh K.Ailani等创立的公式计算 DDI,用治疗前后的 DDI与患者的气急改善情况进行对比 ,观察其相关性。结果 DDI的大小与 COPD患者的病情改善呈明显的负相关。结论 用 DDI判别 COPD病情是一种敏感、简便可行的方法 ,值得临床上进一步推广。
Objective To explore the advantage of dyspnea differentiation index (DDI) for evaluation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods Measured the PaO 2 and PEF of 56 COPD patients with acute dyspnea,and calculated the DDI by means of the formula created by Rajesh K. Ailani, et al. The relationship between the DDI and the severity of the clinical manifestation (dyspnea) of the COPD patients was observed. Results The magnitude of the DDI was negatively correlated with the severity of the clinical manifestations.Conclusion To evaluate the COPD by means of DDI is a sensitive and easily manageable method and should be recommended for a wider use.
