摘要
针对常规螺杆泵地面驱动装置防反转机构不够安全可靠、更换盘根不方便以及支撑部分空间小等问题 ,研制了GBF型螺杆泵地面驱动装置。这种地面驱动装置采用液压防反转制动机构 ,使抽油杆扭矩柔性释放 ;密封部分采用二次密封结构 ,可以更方便地更换盘根 ;支撑部分采用支杆结构 ,支撑强度更高 ,增大了维修操作的空间。室内试验及 2 0 0多台的现场应用结果表明 ,GBF型螺杆泵地面驱动装置使用安全可靠 ,减少了抽油杆断脱及盘根盒漏油等事故的发生 ,延长了整机的的使用寿命。
A new surface driving unit for screw pump is developed to overcome the shortcomings of the conventional units. The characteristics of the new unit include: (1) applying hydraulic anti-reverse mechanism to release softly the torque of the sucker rod; (2) adopting a double-seal structure for easy replacement of packing set; (3) taking a supporting rod structure for higher supporting strength and enlarged space of maintenance operation. Laboratory experiment and field test show that the new unit is safe and reliable.
