摘要
目的 研究冷循环射频消融治疗肝癌的方法和疗效。方法 35例肝癌病人接受冷循环射频消融治疗 ,术后观察病人临床症状、AFP浓度、肝功变化 ,B超、CT观察肝癌大小及血流情况。结果 肿瘤治疗 3月后完全消失 7例 ,部分消失、液化及明显缩小 2 6例 ,无明显变化 2例。 2 0例血清AFP大于 5 0 0ug/L ,治疗后 4周明显下降 19例 ,无手术死亡病例。结论 冷循环射频消融是一种安全微创。
Objective To evaluate the method and effect of cool-tip radio-frequency ablation(RFA)in treatment of hepatocarcinoma.Methods Thirty five patients with hepatocarcinoma were treated with percueaneous and ultrasound-quided cool-tip RFA in our hospital.After treatment,the main clinical symptoms,AFP level and liver function were observed.Meanwhile,ultrasonography,CT scaning were performed.Results The lesions significantly decreased in size in 26 patients and 7 cases completely liquified.In 27 patients with abnormal AFP level,the AFP level dropped to normal in 4 weeks after the treatment.No surgical death was found in these patients.Conclusion Cool-tip RAF is a safe,convenient and effective treatment for hepatocarcinoma.
