摘要
针对电厂水处理加药控制系统的实际情况 ,利用力控组态软件HMI(人机界面接口 ) /SCADA(监控和数据采集 )功能 ,开发出由计算机控制的具有与全厂MIS系统通讯功能的变频调节自动控制系统 ,实现了锅炉给水、凝结水、炉水加药控制的自动化和信息化。
In view of the actual situation of control system for chemicals dosing in water treatment of power plants, a computer controlled variable freqency automatic control system having communication function with MIS system in the entire power plant has been developed by using the manmachine interface, as well as the supervision control and data acquisition functions of Force Control software, realizing automation and informationization in the chemicals dosing control system for boiler feedwater, condensate water and boiler water.
