摘要
本系列调查以201例先天性心脏病患者的HLA分型为基础,对比了该病总体及几种常见类型(包括不同性别)的人类白细胞抗原(HLA)关联抗原及连锁不平衡单倍型的异同,进而说明该病与HLA关联的复杂性。
Based on HLA typing for 201 patients with congenital heart disease, this survey compared the similarities and differences of HLA associated antigen and linkage disequilibrium haplotype of congenital heart disease (CHD)in general with several common types of CHD, further illustrated the associated complexity of CHD with HLA.
