摘要
本文观察体外循环手术患者麻醉后放血对皮肤微循环的影响,结果证明血液稀释时微循环良好,无任何不良反应。
Fifteen patients with valve and congenital heart disease underwent open heart surgery. After anesthesia, certain amount of blood was drawn according to the body weight or hemoglobin concentration of the patient with simultaneous infusion of '706' and Ringer's solution, In order to study the effect of hemodilution on microcirculation, the automaticity of cutaneous blood flow was measured by laser Doppler flowmetry. The data indicate that hemodilution has no effect on cutaneous microcirculation.
