摘要
本文报告48例心脏手术患者术中不同时点血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)和红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)测定值的变化。结果表明:17例动脉导管未闭患者术中LPO及SOD值无明显变化。31例体外循环患者在体外转流后,LPO迅速升高,SOD显著降低;至心脏再灌流后5 min LPO达高峰,SOD达最低值。其变化程度与体外转流时间有关。心脏再灌流后心律失常患者的LPO升高及SOD降低程度,显著高于无心律失常患者。作者还探讨了体外循环时LPO升高、SOD降低的原因和临床意义。
The changes in lipid peroxides(LPO)in plasma and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in red blood cells were observed in 48 cases of cardiac surgery. In 17 patients with patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), no significant changes of LPO and SOD were found during cardiac operation. In 31 cases by cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB), LPO was increased rapidly after CPB and peaked at 5 minute after reperfusion, however, SOD was markedly decreased to a minimum at 5 minute after reperfusion. Degree of changes, was related to the time of CPB. In patients with reperfusion arrhythmias(RA), LPO levels were, higher and SOD activities were lower than those without RA. It indicates that CPB is involved in lipoperoxidation damage and decreasing of antioxidation ability which are important factors of inducing RA.
