摘要
本文报道阜外医院外科从1987年12月至1991年4月连续收治了75例年龄在16岁以上的法乐氏四联症患者.均行了根治术。术后无一例死亡和发生严重并发症,作者对右室流出道成形标准和方法以及室缺修补的技术进行了讨论。
Seventy-five (male 43, female 32) cases, aged 16～32 yrs. (mean 21.1±3.9 yrs.), body weight 31～78kg (mean 49±8kg), of total correction of tetralogy of Fallot were performed at Fu Wai Hospital from December 1987 to April 1991.Cyanosis was found in all patients. 72 cases had clubbing fingers and toes. Hemoglobin ranged from 150～262 g/L (average 200±35 g/L). 54 cases were diagnosed by catheterization and cineangiocardiogram of the right ventricle, 21 by clinical investigation.All patients recovered uneventfully with no death. Surgical technique was discussed.
