摘要
1984～1991年期间,对海南岛五市县的儿童81 921人进行了先心病流行病学调查,实检人数79 628人,普查率97.2%。检出先心病215例,首次获得海南岛先心病患病率2.7‰,汉族先心病患病率3.04‰,黎族患病串1.74‰;5岁以下患病率3.78‰,6～19岁患病率2.55‰;女性患病率明显高于男性。
Congenital heart disease (CHD) is one of the common congenital deformities of juvenile. For the epidemiology of CHD in Hainan Island, from 1984 to 1991, we studied 79678 [male 44912 (56.4%), female 34716 (43.6%), 62373 (78.3%) of Hannationality, 14330 (18.2%) of Li nationality.] children in fourcounties and one city of Hainan Island with a response rate of 97.2%. According to the diagnostic criteria in 'Practical Cardiology' edited by Dong Chengliang, 215 cases of CHD were found with a morbidity of 2.7‰ (3.04‰ in Han nationality, 1.74‰ in Li nationality; 3.78‰ in<5 years, 2.55‰, in 6～19 years). The morbidity of female was higher than that of male. The prevalence of ventricular septal defect was the highest (43.3%). This is the first report on the epidemiology of congenital heart disease in Hainan.
