摘要
应用超声心动图(M型、二维及多普勒)检查法和放射性免疫测定法,对31例风湿性二尖搏狭窄患者的心房大小、心功能及血液动力学与血浆心钠素浓度之间的关系进行研究。结果显示:血浆心钠素浓度水平,在二尖瓣狭窄组明显高于正常对照组,且与左心房容量、压力、张力及肺动脉压等明显相关。
Plasma ANF levels, cardiac size and function as well as the changes of hemodynamics in 31 patients with mitral stenosis and 17 normal controls were studied by radioimmunoassay and colour Doppler flow image. The results showed: plasma ANF concentrations in mitral stenosis group (729±277pg/ml) was higher than in control (421±158pg/ml) (p<0.001). Significant correlations (p<0.005) between plasma ANF and left atrial volume (r=0.69, n=31), left atrial wall tension (r=0.64, n=31), left atrial pressure (r=0.56, n=31) and pulmonary artery systolic pressure (r=0.69,n=18) were found. These findings indicate that abnormal changes in hemodynamics are significant factors which stimulate the release of ANF from atrial cells into blood.
