摘要
本文以双盲对照法,对104例充血性心力衰竭患者应用国产静脉氨力农注射液治疗10天的疗效进行了研究。临床及超声心动图结果均支持该药可改善心功能。治疗组52例中43例心功能改善,对照组52例中5例改善、11例恶化。未发现该药有何不良反应,提示短期静脉注射安全有效。
A randomized double blind trial on intravenous amrinone compared with normal saline (NS) was carried out in 104 patients with congestive heart failure. Amrinone was provided by Qi Lu Pharmaceutical Factory. 52 patients received intravenous amrinone 0.5-1mg/kg over 5-10 minutes followed by an infusion of 5-10μg/kg/min for 6 hours daily for 10 days. The other 52 patients received NS. The symptoms, signs and echocardiographic assessment of heart function were evaluated before and after treatment. 43 of the 52 patients with amrinone and 5 of the 52 patients with NS had improvement in heart function. There were no significant differences in blood pressure, heart rate and rhythm between the two groups. Except for fever in 1 case, no other adverse reaction of amrinone was found. The results suggest that intravenous amrinone is a useful and safe positive inotropic drug in the treatment of congestive heart failure.
