摘要
32例原发性高血压患者服用地拉普利治疗6周,获得较满意的疗效,降压有效率为87.5%,其中显效率50%。此药具有缓慢持续降压效果,无明显副作用,对轻至中度原发性高血压患者治疗有效。
Thirty-two male patients, aged 30—59 (average 46.3) years, with essential hypertension were treated by delapril in doses of 15 to 60 mg twice daily for 6 weeks. Mean blood pressure was 16.0±0.80 kPa (120±6mmHg) before treatment and 14.1±0.93 kPa (106±7mmHg) after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.001). The cumulative efficacy rate was 87.5 percent. Delapril was found to have significantly antihypertensive effect in the first week of treatment and then stable blood pressure was maintained for 5 weeks. Delapril was well tolerated at a dose of 60 mg twice daily. No side effect was observed in this series.
The results indicate that delapril may beexpected to be a clinically useful antihypertensive agent in patients with mild to moderate hypertension.
