摘要
本文介绍多普勒超声心动图评价呼吸对我国正常儿童左、右心室舒张功能的影响,发现呼吸仅对左心室舒张功能的部分参数有影响,但对右心室舒张功能的多项参数影响特别明显。提示在应用多普勒技术估价儿童心室舒张功能时要考虑到呼吸时相的标准化,应分别测取吸气末、呼气末的心室舒张充盈频谱参数。另外,本文测定的心室舒张功能参数亦可作为我国儿科临床评价心室舒张功能的参考资料。
Respiratory influence on left and right ventricular diastolic function was evaluated by Doppler echocardiograms of the mitral and tricuspid valves in 82 normal Chinese children aged 3 to 12 years. Measuring parameters were peak E and A velocities, E/A, EA, AA, TA, 1/3FF and EAT.
Five left diastolic filling parameters, namely peak E, A, EA, AA and TA decreased with inspiration (mean decrease of 2.4~10.0%), among which, A and TA during inspiration had significant difference from those during expiration (P<0.05~0.01).
Nine right diastolic filling parameters increased with inspiration (mean increase of 2.5~20.8%). All the parameters during inspiration were significantly different from those during expiration except E/A and 1/3FF (P<0.01).
Doppler-determined left and right vantricular diastolic function on inspiration in normal Chinese children is significantly different from that on expiration, particularly the right ventrieular function. Therefore, when assessing left and right ventricular diastolic function for children.standardization for phase of respiration should be included.
