摘要 本文介绍了健康教育诊断学PRECEDE框架结构的内容及研究步骤,并应用此原理设计了对肥胖儿童早期干预的健康教育计划,经流行病学与社会学、行为学、教育学、管理学等方面的诊断,证实了儿童期肥胖有延续为成人期肥胖的可能,故为心脑血管疾病的重要危险因素。从而说明了该干预计划的必要性。短期干预的初步效果评价更说明学校健康教育作为成人期常见病在儿童期进行一级预防手段,确实有其一定的可行性。 The design of this study was according to the 'PRECEDE'Model—Predisposing Reinforcing and Enabling Couses in Educational Diagnosis and Evaluation proposed by Dr Lawrence W.Green.The diagnosis of epidemiology and sociolgy,behaviour,cducation andmanagement has been done for 73 obese children aged 6—12 from 12 primary schools inShanghai.The obese children divided into two groups—intervension and control.Only the special school health education program was given to the intervenaion group.After two months we made a short term evaluation of the knowledge about the cause and prevention of odesity,theattitude and method of losing weight and selfcare skill.Considerable progress in thc intervension group was made but the lom term effectiveness of the primary prevention should be confirmed through later follow-up study.
