通过实验研究,探讨了在篮球投篮技术教学中“高原现象”产生的原因和5种有效的控制途径。
The experimental research clearly shows the plateau phenomenon in the process of basktball skills teaching.This paper attempts to explore the reasons and five effective controlling approaches as well.
