摘要
素质教育的基本目标就是全面提高人的基本素质,通过对高校体育院系实施素质教育的特征的分析,提出了素 质教育对高校体育院系教学的两点启示,即培养全面型人才和构建教学创新体系。
The basic objective of quality education is to enhance people's Xuzhou, Jiangsu,quality all sidely.Through the analysis of the basic characteristics of quality education in P. E. department of university, the author puts forward two points of enlightment, that is to foster students of all - round abilities and to create new teaching system.
