摘要
针对我们现阶段网络教育资源重用率低的现状,提出了一个包含网络教育资源描述、注册与管理功能的系统,论述了该系统的体系结构和特点,并简要介绍了系统中所运用的关键技术。
Because the reused ratio of learning resource is very low in our country, we design and realize a system of learning resource description, registration and manager. In this paper,we descript the structure and characters of this system,and briefly introduce important technology in the system. This system has been successfully developed, and takes good effect in use. The system is worth being spread.
