摘要
信号交叉口延误是评价信号交叉口运行效率和服务水平的重要度量。本文在分析已有控制延误模型的基础上,根据不同的交通状况,采用对增量延误协调变换的方法得到了新的控制延误模型,同时对模型中的参数加以标定,并与美国通行能力手册给出的延误公式作了比较。
Vehicle delay at signalized intersections is the important measure to analyze the running efficiency and service level.Having analyzed the controlled delay models of vehicles at signalized intersections,a new model is obtained using co-ordinated transform technique functioned to the increment delay.Then the model parameters are calibrated.At last,the model is compared with the Highway capacity manual formula..
