摘要
在高校后勤管理中,为达到后勤人力资源管理的最优配置,运用激励机制激化后勤员工的积极性,可以实现后勤集团经营管理中良好的经济效益与社会效益。
In order to attain the best allocation of logistic human resources, the incentive mechanism is applied to logistic management in colleges and univer sities.This can arouse the enthusiasm of the staff and workers,thus enhancing th e social and economic returns in the management of the logistic group.
