摘要
目的 :探讨正畸非调拌型粘结剂进行窝沟及浅龋封闭的性价比。方法 :在 6 0例青少年中选择 346颗磨牙 (上下颌第 6、7恒磨牙的窝沟过深 ,浅龋 )进行窝沟封闭。追踪观察 6个月、12个月。结果 :应用该粘结剂 1年全保留率为 87.2 % ,部分保留率 9.5 % ,脱落率 3.3%。粘结剂保留情况上下颌比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :该新型釉质粘结剂从理论上和临床试验都具有可行性 ,全保留率较高 ,有较好的防龋功能 ,且价格低廉。
Objective: To seal pit-fissure by unspatulate adhesives and explore effect-price ratio.Methods: 346 molars from 45 adolescents (with pit-fissure of No. 6 or 7 accessional teeth in the supermaxilla and submaxilla being rather deep and caries being superficial) were treated by means of fissure blockage. A half year to one year follow-ups were made on these patients. Results: Adhesive treatment achieved the following results, retention rate 87.2 %, partial retention rate 9.5 %and expulsion rate 3.3 %. Comparison of retention rate between the supermaxilla and submaxilla revealed no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: This new type enamel adhesive has proved practical both theoretically and clinically for the treatment of dental caries, as this treatment can achieve rather high retention rate, has good effect of preventing dental caries and is economical.
