摘要
该文介绍了啤酒厌氧菌的多种检验方法,如平皿培养法、开放保存法及几种微生物的快速检验法。并简要说明了野生酵母的检验、培养基的选择和厌氧菌检验过程中的注意事项。
Detection methods of anaerobe in beer were introduced, such as, Plate Count Agar and several rapid detect methods. Detection of wild yeasts, selection of media, and points for attention in detection of anaerobe were also explained in this paper. According to the different situation, the brewery should select the appropriate methods.
