摘要
煤矿安全成本的影响因素很多 ,它的构成有保证性安全成本和损失性安全成本 .为使安全经济工作得到优化 ,以经济安全保证水平这个概念为出发点 ,根据某矿 10年的安全成本统计资料 ,采用数理统计原理 ,分别建立了损失性安全成本、保证性安全成本、安全总成本与保证程度之间的相关数学模型 ,提出了以保证程度作为衡量煤矿安全成本的分析指标 .
There are various factors influencing the greatness of mining safety cost.The safety cost consists of the guarantee-purposed safety cost and the cost of safety failure.In order to optimize the safety affairs in production,the authors,starting from a perception of'safety levels of economic activities',and utilizing the principles of mathematic statistics in the ten years ,data of a colliery,establish mathematical models between the guaranteed level and the cost of safety failure,guantee-puroosed safety cost and the toal safety cost respectively,and suggests that the guaranteed safety level be an index in estimating a colliery ,s cost in safety.
