摘要
从法律移植、法律趋同到法制现代化和全球化,其内在的联系贯穿于法律交流涉及的地域不断扩大和视域逐渐聚于全球的过程之中。除此之外,法律全球化还必须包括形成共同法律规范的规模和程度。
The innate relations among legal transplant, legal unanimity and the modernization and globalization of the legal system run through the whole process of its communication in increasingly enlarged regions and the gradual global focus. In addition, globalization of law must also include the scale and degree in its formation of shared legal stardardization.
