摘要
文章认为城乡交接带土地使用宜纳入科学的城市规划控制范畴,其规划开发应适应城市地区的环境容量,并遵循城市设计的基本原理.
During the course of the urbanism in China, the development and construction in the joint region between town and country of many cities is in a blind and chaotic situation. This phenomenon has posed a threat to the sustainable developments of the cities. In the paper ,it is advanced that the utilization of the land should be controlld by the rational plan and the urban plan and construction should be suited to the environmental capacity of the joint region, and follow the fundamental tenets of the urban design.
