摘要
目的 了解上海商务楼内德国小蠊侵害及扩散的原因。方法 用 0 .3 %二氯苯醚菊酯酒精液药激法调查 ,每隔一层随机调查 5间办公室 ,如遇到餐饮、面包咖啡馆的层面 ,则需调查该层和上下相邻的两层 ,并作好记录。结果 12所商务楼中德国小蠊侵害率为 5 8.3 3 %。结论 德国小蠊主要是通过机械性携带传入商务楼 ,在商务楼内通过中央空调管道和厨房间的地漏逐渐向周围蔓延。
Objective To find the reasons for invasion and spread of Blattella germanica in commercial building in Shanghai. Methods Investigating the presence of Blattella germanica by insecticide irritating method using 0.3% Permethrin dissolving in alcohol in 5 random rooms every 2 floors, (if there is any restaurant or coffee bar in the floor, the upper and lower floors must be additionally investigated). Results The invasion rate of Blattella germanica was 58.33%. Conclusion Blattella germanica were taken into commercial buildings mainly with people and things, and then migrated through central air condition pipings and cracks in kitchen.
