摘要
针对具有复杂曲面的锡锑合金模具的难抛光、加工低效率等问题,在数控机床上将电解加工和机械抛光相复合,对模具型腔进行高效抛光,可以获得良好的表面质量。由于采用了CAD/CAM技术,可保证加工精度,提高加工效率。
Aiming at the problems of polishing the SnSb metal mould with curved surface, by combining mechanical process with electrolytic action, when the mould cavity was polished on the numerically controlled machine tool and a good surface quality could be obtained. The processing precision and efficiency were ensured by using the CAD/CAM technology.
