摘要
缓凝砂浆是应用于预应力混凝土构件中的一种新型材料,它由水、水泥、砂和复合缓凝剂按一定比例搅拌而成。本文在试验研究的基础上,运用流变学理论,建立了缓凝砂浆螺旋输送物理模型,对缓凝预应力筋包覆装置的螺旋输送与包裹机构的工作机理进行了分析与研究,得出了缓凝砂浆连续输送的条件,解决了缓凝砂浆螺旋输送的可靠性问题,为缓凝预应力筋包覆装置的工程化奠定了基础。试验证明了理论分析的正确性。
Retarded adhesive mortar is a new type material applied in prestressed concrete components.On the basis of test study, the model of retarded adhesive mortar screw conveying is built by using the theories of rheology. The principle is discussed for retarded adhesive mortar by screw conveying. Meanwhile, the condition of successive conveying retarded adhesive mortar is obtained. The study results in resolving the reliability problem of retarded adhesive mortar screw conveying and laying the foundation for developing the coating device of retarted adhesive prestressed bars.
