在实验室内测定了BX-1型气溶胶喷雾器的雾化性能。结果表明,该机雾化粒谱小而集中,小于20μm的雾粒达90％以上。在室内,所喷过氧乙酸气溶胶,当作用30分钟时,对表面污染的白色葡萄球菌和类炭疽杆菌芽胞的消毒有效浓度分别为0.1％和1.6％。
The atomizer type BX-1 is a kind of portable electro-atomizer developed recently in China. It is 45×11×20cm in size, 3.5kg in weight and has a disinfectant container of 1 L capacity. It can be operated by either direct current or alternating current. It was indicated by laboratory measurement that the size of the aerosol particles generated by the atomizer was concentrated within a small range with over 90% of the particles being smaller than 20μm in diameter no matter whether aqueous preparation or oil preparation was used. When the atomizer was used for indoor spray of peracetic acid, the effective concentration of the disinfectant with a 30 min contact time for disinfection of the cloth strips contaminated by Staphylococcus albus or spores of Bacillus anthracoides was 0.1% or 1.6% respectively.
