试验表明,芽胞气溶胶颗粒大于荧光素钠,其总衰亡率亦较高,但依两者对稳定性较差的粘质沙雷氏菌气溶胶推算出的生物衰亡率并无显著差异。对稳定性较强微生物示踪剂的选择,需考虑的因素较复杂。
Two types of aerosol tracer, uranin and the spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger, were aerosolized tdgether with the suspension of target bacteria, Serratia marcescens. The aerosol was introduced into a stainless steel semisphere of 500 L capacity with constant temperature and relative humidity and stored for 1 hr. It was found by examination of the samples that the aerosols of the two tracers were very stable within wide ranges of temperature and relative humidity (10~30℃, RH 30~90%). Although the total decay rate of aerosol of the spores was higher than that of uranin, the difference of biological decay rate of S. marcescens calculated from the results of the tests with these two tracers respectively was not significant. The use of these two aerosol tracers is discussed.
