摘要
对研制的高臭氧紫外线杀菌灯进行了消毒效果测定。空气中的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞,经照射15分钟可全部杀灭;白色葡萄球菌,照射10分钟全部杀灭。玻璃表面上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞经照射10分钟,金黄色葡萄球菌照射2分钟,杀灭率均可达99.9%以上。其消毒效果较普通紫外线杀菌灯为优。有机物对消毒效果有一定影响。
The disinfection efficacy of high ozone ultraviolet germicidal lamp was observed in laboratory. The lamp radiates simultaneously 253.7nm ultraviolet ray and large amount of 184.9nm ultraviolet ray which can produce high concentration of ozone in air. The ozone has synergistic germicidal effect with ultraviolet radiation, resulting in improvement of disinfection efficacy. Irradiation(110~120μW /cm^2) at a distance of 1m resulted in killing of more than 99.9% of Staphylococcus aureus contaminating artificially the glass surface in 2min and more than 99.9% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger in 20min. Irradiation for 2min with high ozone ultraviolet germicidal lamp could kill 99.99% of S. albus in air, while irradiation for 15min was required for obtaining the same result when the ordinary ultraviolet germicidal lamps were used. Addition of organic matter(serum) into the bacteria suspension could reduce the germicidal efficacy.
