摘要
实验室试验表明,0.5％碘乙酸水溶液在25℃条件下有良好的杀菌作用。作用15分钟,可将细菌芽胞全部杀灭。杀灭细菌繁殖体仅需作用2分钟,增加温度、浓度、作用时间,可加强其杀菌作用。pH降低,杀菌效果提高。
Iodoacetic acid(CH_2I·COOH) is a white or yellowish crystalline powder easily soluble in water. It was demonstrated in laboratory experiment that its 0.5％ solution had excellent killing effect on microorganisms at 25℃. It killed completely the Staphylococcus aureus and S. albus in 2min and spores of Bacillus cereus and B. anthracoides in 15min. Increase in contact time, concentration of the solution and temperature or decrease in pH could improve the germicidal efficacy, while increase in organic matter could decrease the efficacy.
