摘要
试验表明,对维尼纶与涤纶无纺布用25 kGy γ射线照射,其扯断强度、白度与红外光谱无明显改变。用15kGy照射,未检出细菌与真菌。
The quality change of vinylon(WF-1) and dacron(WF-2) unwoven fabric after ^(60)Co-irradiation was examined. Irradiation with doses of 1~25 kGy had no significant effect on anti-breaking strength, white degree and infrared spectrum of the two fabrics. The sterilization dose was calculated(the D_(10)value of spores of Bacillus pumilus E 601 was 1.74 kGy, initial bioburden was 230~830 cfu/10cm^2, sterilization assurance level was 10^(-6)) and confirmed to be 15 kGy. It is, therefore, suggested that sterilization of above unwoven fabrics by ionizing radiation has no adverse effect on their quality.
