油田水硬度测试方法及自动化测试仪器

摘要 油田水中含有大量的钠离子,离子选择电极法测油田水硬度必需克服钠离子的干扰,该文采用含有与水样同量Na^+的标准溶液校准电极来解决。测试系统以单片机为核心进行控制和信号处理,放大电路实现高阻抗匹配和信号放大。系统具有性能可靠、测量速度快、测量范围宽、可长时间连续使用和在线测试的特点。 There are many natrium ions in oil field water. Interference of natrium ions must be conquered when use ion-selective electrode. Solve method by using normative solution which dissolve natrium ion to calibrate electrode is introduced. The design is based on single board computer which implement the processing and controlling of signal. The function of amplifier circuit is to realize high resistance matching and amplify signal. The instrument has advantages of reliability, swiftness, big range and can work for a long time and on spot.
