摘要
冻干松茸吸水能力较强 ,要控制水分含量在 7%以下 ,包装条件的选择成为比较重要的工艺环节。实验通过选择空气相对湿度、包装材料、干燥剂等包装条件 。
Freeze drying Tricholaoma matsutake can absorb water strongly.In order to control its water content less than seven percent,packaging conditions are very important.The air humidity,packaging material, drying agent were chosen to decide the optimum packaging environment.
