由钙钠基膨润土合成Ti-PILCs的研究 被引量:10

The Study of the Synthesis of Titanium Pillared Clay Using Ca-Na-Montmor Illonite

摘要 以湖南某地钙钠基膨润土为原料 ,经提纯钠化处理后 ,直接以TiCl4为钛源 ,采取水解法制备了钛交联蒙脱石纳米复合材料(Ti PILCs) ;并对蒙脱石悬浮液浓度、Ti土比、交联反应温度和交联剂老化时间等合成条件进行了讨论 ;XRD检测表明 :采用水解法可以将层间距为 1.5 7nm的钙钠基蒙脱石制备成为大孔结构的钛交联蒙脱石纳米复合材料 ,当蒙脱石悬浮液质量浓度为 0 .5 % ,交联温度为 2 0℃ ,交联剂老化时间为 4h ,Ti/土 =15mmol/g ,pH =1.10时 ,可得到d0 0 1值为 2 .92nm大孔结构的Ti PILC ,且比表面可达2 66m2 /g。 The synthetic conditions of titanium pillared clay is studied with pillaring agent prepared from TiCl 4 and HCl, using Ca-Na-montmorillonite in Hunan as the starting clay. Characterization of the products was performed by XRD. The influence of various synthetic conditions such as the initial concentration of clay, Ti/clay ratio, the pillaring reaction temperature and the aging time of pillaring agent have been analyzed. The result of XRD shows that titanium pillared montmorillonite with large pore structure also can be synthesized using Ca-Na-montmorillonite with d 001=1.57 nm by hydrolysis method. When the initial concentration of clay was 0.5%, pH=1.10, Ti/clay ratio was 15 mmol/g, the pillaring reaction temperature was 20 ℃ and the aging time of pillaring agent was 4 hour, Ti-PILC with large pore structure (d 001=2.92 nm) was obtained, and its surface area is 266 m 2/g.
